Q: Is it free to join?

A: Yes. It is 100% free to join. You only pay when you win an auction or want to buy an item. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website.

Q: Why can’t I log in?

A: You are probably typing in your login information incorrectly.

Q: I forgot my username / password. What should I do?

A: Don’t panic. Just click “Lost your password” on the login page.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: Contact us using the contact form and we can delete your account for you.

Q: Why was I banned?

A: You repeatedly broke the terms of service or committed a severe violation of the site rules.

Q: How do I subscribe to newsletters?

A: Enter your email in the newsletter sign up form located on every page.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

A: Contact us using the contact form and tell us that you want to be unsubscribed from newsletters.

Q: How are disputes handled?

A: You can file a dispute using the dispute page. From there, we will investigate the matter by arbitrating a resolution between both the buyer and the seller.

Selling Questions


Q: How do I begin selling?

A: Make an account on here then click Sell in the main menu. You must be 18 years of age or older to begin selling.

Q: What can I sell?

A: You can sell gently used adult clothing. The full list of items can be found here.

Q: What can’t I sell?

A: You can’t sell soiled clothing, non-adult clothing, inanimate objects, digital goods, or sexual toys. The full list of restrictions can be found here. These items will not get approved.

Q: What types of pictures can I include with my auction?

A: We prefer that you post clear pictures of the item and even some of you wearing the item. Even though pictures may be adult oriented, you may NOT post nude pictures.

Q: Are there fees to list an item?

A: No. There are no listing fees. For a full list of fees, you can view this page.

Q: How are shipping rates calculated?

A: You get to determine these yourself. You can enter in a flat shipping rate or variable based on buyer location.

Q: Why was my item not approved?

A: It most likely violated the selling restrictions or included nude pictures.

Q: Can I auction more than one item?

A: Of course. You can run multiple auctions on the site or you can auction a bundle of items in the bundles category.

Q: How much do I make on an auction?

A: You get to set all of your own auction prices. You set the starting bid, the reserve price (minimum price that needs to be met for the auction to close), and the buy now price. You can even make an auction Buy Now only. The full list of commission rates are listed here. You earn a better percentage if your auction closes at a higher price than at a lower price.

Q: How do I edit my posted auction?

A: You can edit this from the My Account page by clicking on Edit Auction under the auction you want to edit.

Q: When do I get paid?

A: You must put in a withdrawal request for your earnings. All withdrawal requests placed between the 1st – 15th of the month will be paid on the 1st of the next month and all withdrawal requests placed between the 16th – final day of the month will be paid on the 15th of the next month.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: We pay all sellers via ACH bank transfers to their bank accounts. We can make special arrangements based on certain situations and payout through other online methods if necessary.

Q: What’s the maximum length of time that I can auction an item?

A: All auctions have a maximum listing span of 30 days.

Q: My item didn’t sell. Can I relist it?

A: Yes. You can set it to automatically relist or just relist it again whenever you’re ready.

Q: When should I send an item?

A: You should send an item whenever you see that you have items to be shipped on the My Account page. This means that the buyer has paid for the item and the site is holding you money in escrow until the buyer receives the item. Do NOT ship an item unless the site lists it in the Not Shipped Items page. Items that are awaiting payment are listed on their corresponding page.

Q: What are awaiting payment items?

A: These are auctions that were won but haven’t been paid for yet. Do not ship these items. The buyer must pay for them first. Once paid for, this item will appear in the Not Shipped Items page. Items on the Not Shipped Items page can be sent.

Q: Do I need to purchase tracking info on my packing?

A: Yes. All sellers should purchase shipping confirmation. This will help with any disputes that may arise. Make sure to keep your tracking shipping number until the buyer has released payment to you.

Q: Can I leave feedback about a buyer?

A: Yes you can leave feedback about a buyer from the My Account page.

Buying Questions

Q: Do I need to be a member to bid?

A: Yes. You must be a member of the site to bid.

Q: What are tokens?

A: They are the currency which you use on the site.

Q: How much do 10 tokens equal?

A: 10 tokens = $1

Q: What is escrow?

A: This is your active account balance on the site. Sometimes you’ll need to add more tokens to your balance to win auctions or buy items.

Q: Where do I input my shipping address?

A: You can input your shipping address on the Personal Info page. You must have a shipping address in order for a seller to send you items.

Q: Do I need to have tokens in my escrow account balance in order to place bids?

A: No. You don’t need tokens in order to place bids. If you win an auction, you will be instructed to add tokens so that the seller can send you the item.

Q: Can I skip the auction and just buy the item?

A: Yes. You can just pay the Buy Now price and buy the item from your escrow account balance.

Q: Are bids private?

A: Only if the seller sets the bidding to private.

Q: What if I accidentally bid the wrong amount and want to cancel my bid?

A: Contact us using the contact form within 24 hours of your bid and we can cancel it. However, when placing bids, you are asked to confirm your bid so this should not be an issue.

Q: I want an item packed a certain way. Can I provide specific packing instructions?

A: Yes. You can list specific packing instructions on the item after you have won the item. You can even communicate with the seller via private messages to discuss this matter.

Q: I won an auction. How do I pay for it?

A: You would pay for it using your escrow balance of tokens. Once you receive the item you must release the payment to the seller.

Q: How do I leave feedback about a seller?

A: From the My Account page, you can leave feedback about a seller and rate that seller.

Q: How do I file a dispute over not receiving an item?

A: You can file a dispute using this contact form. We will investigate all claims and work toward a fair and honest resolution based on the information we gather from the buyer and the seller.

Q: What are tributes? Can I send a tribute to any user?

A: Tributes are just like tips. You can send a tribute (payment) to any user from the Payments page.
